Canton, Ohio: Learn more about volunteer opportunities at Mercy Medical Center at an open house to be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 18 in the Mercy Medical Office Building Auditorium. Light refreshments will be served, and volunteers and staff will be on hand to answer questions. Free parking is available in Mercy’s main parking garage.
Over 580 active volunteers provide valuable services to Mercy Medical Center’s patients, visitors and staff at the hospital’s main campus and satellite locations. Volunteers serve in various areas of the Medical Center including the gift shop, main lobby information desks, physical therapy and nursing units. Volunteer applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and additional help is always needed.
