North Canton, Ohio: Mercy Sports Medicine staff will offer instruction on how to safely and properly begin weight training at a “Learn to Lift” youth sports clinic to be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 11 at Mercy Sports Medicine, located in Mercy Health Center of North Canton. Boys and girls ages 10 – 14 are invited to learn basic weight training techniques to prevent injury and enhance performance. All participants will receive expert instruction and a t-shirt.
