Mercy Medical Center Invites Community to Free Program on Improving Mobility and Reducing Pain

Mercy Health Center of North Canton will hold a FREE community education program, Improving Mobility and Reducing Pain, on Thursday, November 15 at 6 p.m. The facility is located at 6200 Whipple Ave. NW, North Canton.

This special event will include refreshments, tours of Mercy Therapy Services/Mercy Sports Medicine and short presentations on new strategies and techniques used for treating many ailments, improving mobility and reducing pain and stress. These educational presentations will include:

Tai Chi for Mental Health & Fitness
Sifu Jeffery Wang, Tia Chi and Kung Fu Master

Dry Needling & Soft Tissue Mobilization for Pain and Mobility
Eric Marshall, PT (Certified in Dry Needling)
 
Vertigo & Vestibular Rehab:
Keeping You Mobile and Balanced
Ashton Mullett-Moon, PT, DPT, MBA

The Importance of Mindfulness & Stress Relief
Amy Traugh, PTA
