Jackson Township, Ohio: Mercy Medical Center of Jackson has partnered with Buehler’s Fresh Foods to offer additional low-cost blood screenings to the Jackson community. These screenings will take place on Tuesday, April 5th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Pharmacy Area of Buehler’s Food Market, located at 7138 Fulton Drive N.W., Canton. Community members can take advantage of total cholesterol screening for $2, glucose screening (blood sugar) for $2, and lipid profiles (total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL) for $8.
No appointment is necessary and a 12-hour fast is recommended for more accurate results.
Mercy Health Center of Jackson
Mercy is growing alongside Jackson Township. Coming in 2011, Mercy will offer a new 55,000 sq. ft. outpatient health center that will include an imaging center, lab, cardiac diagnostic services, sleep lab, STATCARE Immediate Care Center, Mercy Primary Care-Jackson, as well as offices for Urology One and Tri-County Hematology and Oncology, Inc.
