Wellness has become a passion at Mercy.”

Mercy’s employee-health model incorporates social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical wellness. Initiatives include:

• Diabetes self-management education program, which includes an opportunity to receive free diabetic supplies.

• Onsite tobacco cessation program, weight management, fitness center, fitness classes and monthly blood pressure screenings.

• Cafeteria’s wide range of healthy options with nutrition labeling and frequent addition of new items.
