Mercy Health Centers of Lake, Jackson, North Canton and Plain will each be offering low-cost blood screenings in April. Each facility will be offering total cholesterol screening for $2, glucose screening (blood sugar) for $2, and lipid profiles (total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL and LDL) for $8, at their respective locations on the following dates:
Mercy Health Center of North Canton – Friday, April 2nd (7 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
6200 Whipple Ave. N.W., North Canton
(The first Friday of each month)
Mercy Health Center of Plain – Friday, April 9th (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.)*
(Inside GlenOak High School/Plain community Campus)
1811 Schneider Ave., N.E., Canton
(The second Friday of each month)
Mercy Health Center of Jackson – Friday, April 16th (7 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
7452 Fulton Dr., N.W., Massillon
(The third Friday of each month)
Mercy Health Center of Lake – Friday, April 23rd (7 a.m. to 11 a.m.)

(The fourth Friday of each month)
No appointment is necessary and a 12-hour fast is recommended for more accurate results. For more information, contact the specific Mercy Health Center listed above. 
* Please note that the Know Your Numbers screening at Mercy Health Center of Plain is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
