Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital will hold a free Virtual Heart Healthy Cooking Demonstration on Thursday, February 25 at 1 p.m. via Zoom. This program will teach participants how to make healthier, delicious versions of several food and dessert items.
Open to the community, this popular annual event will feature a cooking demonstration by Nikki Mosiychuk (director) and Nicky Pyles (executive chef) of Food and Nutrition Services and a heart health presentation by Kate Anderson, RDN, LD, outpatient dietitian for Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital. Recipes and special door prize drawings will also be included.
Registration will be accepted up until Feb. 25, however, to be entered into the door prize drawing, reservations must be received by Saturday, Feb. 20. RSVP by e-mailing Health.Talk@cantonmercy.org.
