Overview

If you are looking for a new primary care provider, Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital can help. Our board-certified family medicine physicians and certified physician assistants and nurse practitioners are available to care for you and your family.

Why do I need a family doctor?

Everyone should have a primary care physician or provider. This type of doctor is your long-term health care provider in non-emergency situations, treating common conditions and helping connect you with specialists, if necessary.

If you have a primary care physician, you are more likely to:

  • Have chronic disease under control.
  • Have lower overall health care costs.
  • Experience higher satisfaction with care.
  • Receive recommended preventive screenings, tests and vaccines.
  • Receive preventive care, which results in earlier diagnosis and treatment of health problems and overall better health.

How do I access my medical record at Mercy Hospital?
