In compliance with state law, Mercy Medical Center is providing this price list containing our charges for room and board, emergency department, operating room, delivery, physical therapy and other procedures. The hospital’s charges are the same for all patients, but a patient’s responsibility may vary, depending on payment plans negotiated with individual health insurers. Uninsured or underinsured patients should consult with our admitting and billing staff to determine whether they qualify for discounts. These prices are correct as of December 30, 2020. For additional information, please click here.
According to CMS final rule (CMS-1717-F2) the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are requiring healthcare systems to make prices for items and services provided by all hospitals in the United States so the patients can be more informed about what they may pay for specific hospital items and services. Hospitals, including Mercy Medical Center, must make at least 300 “shoppable services”, of which CMS has identified 70 specific and an additional 230 selected by the hospital available to patients to review. These prices are current as of December 30, 2020, for additional information, please click here.
