Mercy Cancer Center is offering free prostate cancer screenings to promote prevention and early detection of the disease, which is one of the most common cancers in American men.

Prostate specific antigen (PSA) testing and digital examinations will be scheduled beginning at 6 p.m. inside Mercy’s Outpatient Infusion Center on Monday, April 4th. Stephen Ochs, M.D., urologist and robotic surgeon at Mercy Medical Center, will perform the screenings for men currently not under the care of a urologist and who are 50 years or older or African American men who are 45 years or older.
