Save Your Spot: In-person Urgent Care
If you would like to do most of your waiting in the comfort of your own home, you can use our online Save My Spot check-in option and conveniently check in now. Click on Save My Spot below to access our form and select a time in the blue drop-down menu. Then complete and submit the form.
- STATCARE Express Check-in is not for lab or radiology services.
- If you are saving a spot for more than one person, you must complete the form for each person.
- If the following time is not convenient for you, simply walk in to our STATCARE facility during normal hours of operation.
Please Be Advised: We will do our best to see you as close to your check-in time as possible, but if there are sicker patients ahead of you, we must treat them first. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
STATCARE Telehealth for Tuscarawas County
Use an internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer to speak securely with a Mercy urgent care physician online and receive care for minor illnesses.
Illnesses treated include colds, flu, fever, cough, sore throat, minor rash, allergies, constipation, diarrhea, ear problems, pink eye, urinary tract infection (UTI), headaches, vomiting, and more.
