Free Optimal Performance Series for Runners

Approximately 75 percent of runners are injured each year. Most of these injuries are caused by overuse and training errors. Mercy Sports Medicine is hosting a free Optimal Performance Series to show you how to avoid or effectively manage common running issues through proper training, injury management and nutrition techniques. Educational programs are offered from 6 to 7 p.m. every Tuesday, March 6 – April 24 at Mercy Health Center of North Canton.
