As part of Minority Health Month, Mercy Heart Center will host a FREE luncheon on high blood pressure education and CPR awareness. This programs will use the American Heart Association’s Family & Friends® CPR Anytime® Personal Learning Program. The event will feature:
- Free lunch, giveaways & door prizes
- Free Blood pressure screenings
- CPR Anytime demonstrations
- Free CPR Anytime Kits for each family (a $50 value)

Attendees will learn CPR techniques and receive a free, take-home CPR Anywhere Kit from the American Heart Association. The program is funded by the Ohio Commission on Minority Health. The CPR Anywhere Kit does NOT confer certification in CPR but can be passed on through the community to spread awareness of basic techniques.
