Join Nicole Selinsky, diabetes educator, for an informative Lunch & Learn on Friday, January 26, beginning at noon. This month we’ll focus on the benefits of gentle exercise for people who have (and don’t have) diabetes. We’ll use 10-minute exercise videos to have fun (not a strenuous workout)! A light lunch will be served.
