An experienced team of strength and conditioning specialists train athletes – ages 10 and up – to reach their highest individual potential by improving speed, power, agility, flexibility, endurance and core strength. Athletes at any level of fitness can improve their performance through this specialized strength and conditioning program designed to enhance skills for a specific sport or activity.

Improve Your Swing
Titleist Performance Institute certified adult and junior golf fitness instructors will provide golfers with state-of-the-art assessments to identify physical limitations. Every golfer undergoes an extensive physical screening and Dartfish video analysis of their golf swing. Your certified golf fitness instructor will interpret the results and design a program to specifically address your individual needs and goals.
Dartfish video analysis software is used by Mercy’s Sport Enhancement staff to analyze and correct an athlete’s body mechanics during sport specific movements.
Cybex Trazer® – a new, fitness/therapy training system – measures reaction time, acceleration, speed, power and balance in real time while the participant’s activities are mirrored on the screen. Cybex Trazer is helping local athletes improve their game.
