Mercy Health & Fitness Center Offers Cardio-Kickboxing

North Canton, Ohio: Mercy Health & Fitness Center offers Cardio-Kickboxing classes from 7 – 8 p.m., Monday, Sept. 22 – Monday, Oct. 13 at Mercy Health Center of North Canton, located at 6200 Whipple Avenue. Instructed by Dan Schoenberg, a second-degree black belt and Silver Medal winner at the 2002 USAKF International Competition, the class is an hour of fat-burning, aerobic body sculpting to music.
