Mercy to Hold Program on Healthy Holiday Eating December 5

Mercy Weight Management will hold this program inside the new Mercy Health Center and STATCARE of Jackson
Canton, Ohio: Mercy Weight Management, in cooperation with Buehler’s Fresh Foods, will present, “Ideas for Healthy Holiday Eating” on Monday, December 5th at 6 p.m. inside the new Mercy Health Center and STATCARE of Jackson. Prior to this program, Mercy Weight Management will hold an OPTIFAST® Open House from 3:30 p.m. until 6 p.m.
The Open House will allow participants to meet the Mercy Weight Management staff and sample OPTIFAST® products. The OPTIFAST® weight management program is designed to help participants lose a significant amount of weight, adopt healthy habits, get in shape and control diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol.
