Mercy Health & Fitness Center Offers Yoga Classes for Runners and General Fitness

North Canton, Ohio: Mercy Health & Fitness Center is offering two new Yoga classes beginning in March. Certified Brahmrishi Yoga instructor Mark Jones will teach a Yoga class for individuals of all fitness levels from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays from March 13 to April 17 at Mercy Health & Fitness Center, located at 6200 Whipple Ave., N.W., North Canton. This class requires no previous Yoga experience and helps improve participants’ flexibility and balance. The cost is $54 for six classes, just $9 per class.
A second Yoga class designed for runners will be held from 7 – 8 p.m. on Thursdays March 15 to April 19 at Mercy Health & Fitness Center. Runners are strong, toned and already in great cardiovascular shape. But this class is designed to restore length in your muscles and space in your joints. Yoga for Runners will help participants relieve tight hamstrings, a sore lower back and compressed joints. The cost is $54 for six classes, just $9 per class
