Mercy Sports Medicine Offers “Learn to Lift: A Youth Sports Conditioning Clinic” Dec. 17

North Canton, Ohio: Learning proper weight-lifting techniques is important for young athletes to develop good training habits and avoid injury. Mercy Sports Medicine is offering “Learn to Lift: A Youth Sports Conditioning Clinic” for individuals ages 10 to 14 from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17 at Mercy Sports Medicine, located at 6200 Whipple Ave., in North Canton. The clinic includes expert instruction, a t-shirt and dowel rod. The cost is just $30 per person.



Mercy Sports Medicine athletic trainers have degrees and certification in sports enhancement and will teach basic techniques and proper formation for youth beginning a weight-training program.
