Canton, Ohio: Mercy Medical Center will present A Healthier You in 2010, a free community education program, on Wed., Jan. 27, at 6:30 p.m. inside Mercy Health Center of Tuscarawas County, 1031 West High Ave., in New Philadelphia.
The featured speaker will be L. Bruce Hensley, D.O., Medical Director of Mercy’s Work, Health & Safety Services. Dr. Hensley will present on various wellness and nutrition topics to keep participants healthy in 2010. Rich Ligmanowski, Fitness Specialist for Mercy Medical Center, will also present the basics of how to start a fitness routine for the New Year. Attend this program and learn how to live a healthier lifestyle in the coming year. After the program, tours of the physical therapy/fitness center will be available.
