Canton, Ohio: Mercy Medical Center will host the 9th Annual Diabetes Health & Equipment Fair on Thursday, March 25 inside Mercy Hall Auditorium. Free to the community and professionals, this educational event will run from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and requires no reservation.
Participants will be offered blood pressure checks in addition to free blood sugar, bone density, neuropathy, and spinal screenings. Also available will be insulin pump information, glucose meter demonstrations, a healthy cuisine display, product samples, door prizes and refreshments. Exhibitors will be on hand with educational material throughout the event.
The goal of the Diabetes Health & Equipment Fair is to promote education and health care for those with diabetes and their families. Participants may come and go at their convenience.
