Mercy Heart Center to Present, “Matters of the Heart” February 19th

Canton, Ohio: John Perry, M.D., cardiothoracic surgeon for Mercy Cardiovascular Institute (MCI) will present a community education program, Matters of the Heart, on Tuesday, February 19th, inside the Community Room at Mercy Health Center of Jackson, 7337 Caritas Circle NW, Massillon.

Matters of the Heart will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include identifying risk factors, diagnosis and management of heart disease.

Dr. Perry is board certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, and is a member of Mercy’s Cardiovascular Institute. He completed Fellowship Training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Perry specializes in Cardiac Surgical Procedures such as Coronary artery and bypass surgery, valve replacement and repair, atrial fibrillations surgery/ablation, off pump bypass surgery and minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery (Robotic).
