Yoga for Runners
Can running leave you tight and sore with compressed joints? “You bet it can,” says Mark Jones, certified 200-hour level Brahmrishi Yoga instructor. “Runners are already strong, toned and in great cardiovascular shape. Yoga for Runners is designed to help lengthen and soothe muscles while decompressing your neck, spine, hips, knees, ankles, arches and toes,” he says. Yoga for Runners will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Mondays, Sept. 17 – Oct. 22 at Mercy Health Center of North Canton.
